WAR Updates - NEW DESIGN!

Brandon here blogging for We Are Royalty....We have some exciting updates on We Are Royalty Clothing. First off, we are WAR want to give a shout out to the World Champion Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers won the 2009 NBA Championship on Sunday, their 15th overall. Kobe Bryant (who else) won the NBA Finals MVP Award aka The Bill Russell Award. Congrats to them and all the Laker fans out there! Now on to the WAR news...

The latest WAR design is finished and the order for the new batch of shirts is being placed tomorrow. We should receive the shirts next week at some point next week. The new design is called "Kick it like Judo" and the colors are Navy and Black. There are still plenty of shirts left, so place your orders people. You can place them by going to we-are-royalty.com/WAR/SHOP.html or emailing Mr. War at weareroyaltyclothing@gmail.com. I personally suggest going to the website to order, that way you can get a better feel for who and what this company is. And check out the designs as well.

WAR Updates

Yo everybody, Brandon the blogger here blogging (duh) once again for We Are Royalty Clothing. Had a good talk with Mr. War about some of the updates for WAR, and I must say, lots of exciting things are coming.

First off, the first two batches of shirts were a great success. Both sold out very quickly, so thank you to all that bought shirts in either order of shirts. For those who still want the Paint Bucket design, go ahead and reserve an order through the WAR website, and when the shirts re-release, you will get your very own copy of the Paint Bucket design.

We get a lot of people asking when the next design is debuting, and we finally have some news in that front. The new design, "Kick It Like Judo" will be debuting within the next month. So stay tuned for more updates as the release date will be here soon.

Also, for those of you who watch and follow the NBA, the Lakers and the Magic played game 3 of the NBA Finals last night. The Magic came out victorious, 108-104, but the Lakers still lead the best-of-7 series 2-1. Kobe came out red hot in the first half, but I guess the Lakers decided before the game not to play any defense at all, and the Magic shot over 70% in the first half. As Kobe cooled off, the Magic didn't (thanks to once again, poor Laker defense), and they ended up shooting an NBA Finals record 65% from the field. The only good thing was the Lakers still had a chance to win this game, as they frantically missed desperation three's with seconds remaining to try and cut Orlando's lead from four to one. Kobe made some critical mistakes in game 3 as well. A questionable three with 1:40 remaining, a bad turnover and he tried to split the double team, and some key missed free throws (he shot 5-10 from the line) in the 4th as the Lakers lost. Expect the Lakers to make adjustments and come out firing in game 4, which is Thursday at 6:00.

So thats the blog for now, once again, please check out We Are Royalty Clothing at www.we-are-royalty.com, or www.weareroyaltyclothing.com.

Until next time, this is Brandon the Blogger for We Are Royalty saying...

WAR Updates/The Lakers/The Hangover

Brandon here blogging for the up and coming, We-Are-Royalty Clothing Line. We have some exciting news for everyone. The new batch of shirts should be picked up and in the hands of Andy “Mr. War” by tomorrow or Friday. Since he will be in the Valley for the upcoming weekend, people who have orders who live in the Valley should receive them this weekend. The cool cats residing in Riverside will get their orders next week when Andy is back over there.
Since all of us at WAR are basketball fans, and Laker fans, it’s only fitting if we discuss the upcoming NBA Finals. The Lakers and Magic tip off tomorrow, June 4th at 6:00 PST. It’s exciting times for us Laker fans. After last year’s tough loss to the Celtics, the Lakers are back in the finals for the 2nd consecutive trip (and an NBA record 30th Finals appearance), and are favored to beat the Magic for what would be the Lakers’ 15th championship. I believe Kobe and the Lakers are ready and willing for the challenge Dwight Howard and the Magic offer and will beat them. My guess is Lakers in 6. They haven’t won a championship in front of their own fans since 2000 against Indiana, so it would be fitting win with this one at home. So don’t forget to watch Game 1 tomorrow at 6:00pm, Game 2 on Sunday at 5:00pm, and wear your purple “WAR” shirts to support the Lakers!
Also, just so happens while MR. WAR is in the valley, a bunch of us will be going to the theaters to watch the movie “The Hangover”. It looks like it will be hilarious, and even more so with the group of hooligans that Andy has invited to watch it, including yours truly. A movie about guys in Vegas for a bachelor party (already a bonus) who can’t remember what happened that night? Sounds like a Oscar winning movie, or maybe just a great comedy for the ages.

‘Til next time everyone…
